We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in HKD (Hong Kong Dollars) with USD as a secondary reference currency. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at our discretion. Product images are as accurate as possible; slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings and the natural variation of gemstones.

Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely by our payment partner. Zoko Jewelry does not store payment card information.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product photography, design, copy, and branding, is the property of Zoko Jewelry and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Zoko Jewelry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, to the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
