Iolite

That deep blue edging toward violet. The shade the sky turns just before dark. Known as the Viking's compass, iolite was used by Norse navigators to find the sun on overcast days. A stone of vision and inner direction, worn by those who trust their own sense of knowing even when the way forward is not clear.
